Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in attending to patients and providing medical care
  • Administer treatments, including cupping, moxibustion, and therapy treatments
  • Explain wellness treatments to customers and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including turnover and tidiness of treatment beds, towels, and equipment
  • Ensure general clinic cleanliness and harmonious environment
  • Provide attentive customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Diligent and willing to learn
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times
  • Able to communicate and explain treatment in the language understood by the customer
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
