We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Food Operations Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the success of our food establishment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stall operations, ensuring overall well-being, and assisting in the hiring process by recommending candidates for junior positions.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess strong passion for the food industry, minimum qualification NITEC in F&B, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree, and willingness to undergo training and develop leadership skills.

In return, we offer comprehensive training provided with a clear career progression roadmap, flexible hours available, no experience required for this role, work pass will be provided for this role, expected salary: $2,700 - $3,500 per month.

Job Responsibilities
  • Undergo structured training for both non-supervisory and supervisory roles to develop the skills required to manage operations and people effectively.
  • Complete all trainings within the targeted timeline to progress towards Assistant Manager level.
  • Perform duties in line with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the hiring process by recommending candidates for junior positions.
  • Oversee stall operations and ensure overall well-being.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time.
Role Requirements
  • Strong passion for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Minimum qualification: NITEC in F&B, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree.
  • Willingness to undergo training and develop leadership skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
