Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Support Staff to join our team at IET PTE. LTD. as a Financial Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various financial functions, processes, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our school's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Functions: The candidate will be responsible for carrying out financial functions, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing payments, and managing cash flow.
  • Financial Administration: The candidate will assist in the administration of financial matters, including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Customer Service: The candidate will provide excellent customer service to pupils, vendors, and other stakeholders, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks: The candidate will assist the school in any other ad-hoc administrative matters as and when directed by the school's leadership.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: At least a LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping.
  • Experience: 3 years working experience in financial administration.
Skills
  • Accounts Payable: Experience in managing accounts payable and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • ERP: Experience in using ERP systems to manage financial transactions and reports.
  • Administration: Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Payroll: Experience in managing payroll, including processing payments and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • General Ledger: Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
  • Accounting: Strong accounting skills, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Cash Management: Experience in managing cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Navision: Experience in using Navision to manage financial transactions and reports.
  • Business Process: Ability to analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Audit: Experience in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Cost Control: Ability to analyze and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Credit Analysis: Experience in analyzing creditworthiness of vendors and customers.
