Job Title: Lead Dance Educator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dance educator to lead our team of instructors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for teaching classical ballet classes to students of all ages, from toddlers to adults.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse students
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior instructors in their professional growth
  • Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons and syllabi
  • Conduct meetings with teachers to discuss updates on the syllabus
  • Explain and demonstrate proper techniques to students
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Prepare students for yearly dance exams
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and curriculum through professional development programs
  • Promote a professional image and represent the organization at all times
  • Organize open house events and participate in other organizational activities
Requirements:
  • RAD Advanced 2 Certificate of Achievement or Dance Diploma with teaching experience
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in RAD syllabus
  • Candidate must possess at least a Dance Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
