Job Opportunity: M&E Project Manager

The position of M&E Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all Mechanical & Electrical works for construction projects. This role ensures technical accuracy, site coordination expertise, and effective implementation of M&E systems.

  • Coordinate and supervise M&E works on-site to guarantee technical precision and site coordination excellence.
  • Review and verify that technical drawings are accurate and comprehensive, adhering to industry standards.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor M&E activities to meet project timelines and deliverables, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimal costs.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven site coordination skills and knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with M&E systems and proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP is an asset.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive results and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
