Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our electronics quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for ensuring product excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Identify and resolve quality issues through corrective actions
  • Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans in line with industry standards
  • Support supplier quality assurance and incoming material inspections
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain QC documentation

Requirements:

  • A diploma in manufacturing, quality engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality control in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment
  • Knowledge of SQA and audit processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA standards
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards
  • Experience with QC processes for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts

Preferred Skills:

  • IPC or Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other quality/statistical tools
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective communication skills across teams
