Business Continuity Management Coordinator

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify potential disruptions and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Plan and coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments to ensure readiness and alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adjusting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plan effectiveness.
  • Lead incident response communications and post-event reviews to ensure timely updates, resolution of issues, and preparedness for future disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, with proven experience in incident response leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Proficient in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management, effective delegation, quick decision-making, and coordination with technology teams to ensure robust incident management.
