Job Title:
Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the work of sub-contractors and coordinating with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Coordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
• Attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings.
• Ensure compliance with stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the Construction Industry is preferred. Excellent coordination and communication skills gained through experience in supervising field staff are essential. You must also be assertive, independent, and proactive with a positive attitude.
