Job Title: Construction Project Manager

V-CREATOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall delivery of construction projects on or ahead of schedule, ensuring all client expectations are met.
  • Assign resources to deliver projects within budget, time, quality, and regulatory standards, monitoring and guiding workflow, setting daily, weekly, and long-term project goals.
  • Manage specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.
  • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates, taking effective remedial action as required.
  • Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial, and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, taking corrective action in line with authority and reporting frameworks, and maximizing profit margins for the project.
  • Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance, and auditing, ensuring legislative, pre-contract, and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.
  • Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged, and beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained.
  • People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors, and foster a high-performance team with a positive employee relations environment.
  • Contribute to new business, continuous improvement, and broader business activities.
  • Coordinate with headquarters and site teams to obtain enough resources for the projects.
  • Organize a proper project management team and plan to carry out construction works.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, reporting, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Holds a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the construction industry.
  • At least twelve (12) years of experience in managing big-scale Bridge and Marine-related projects will be preferred.
  • Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.
