Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting Solution Specialist will be responsible for delivering top-notch technology solutions to the financial markets. This role involves implementing and supporting regulatory reporting projects for clients globally, focusing on delivering CV10 implementations and being part of a client services team within the FinTech industry.

This position will involve collaborating with internal and client teams, participating in client discovery workshops, providing end-user training, and implementing SDLC best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Capture and detail business requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative sessions
  • Support project coordination by supervising deliverables and maintaining project timelines
  • Participate in client discovery workshops and contribute to solution design and configuration
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to analyze client data and support implementation of efficient solutions
  • Assist with end-user training delivery and craft supporting documentation
  • Implement SDLC best practices through detailed documentation and quality assurance support
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams and provide functional input to support sales teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on delivering regulatory reporting solutions with 3+ years working on Axiom
  • Familiarity with Capital market concepts and excellent SQL skills
  • Experience with Axiom CV v9/10 and a strong curiosity about software implementation and process management
  • Ability to travel to client locations or other offices during implementation

Education Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulatory reporting functional concepts across different jurisdictions
  • Proficient in using JIRA, MS Office apps, and certified scrum master/knowledgeable in agile methodologies
  • Experience in SDLC lifecycles for regtech solutions and awareness of cloud computing fundamentals
