As a seasoned Senior Client Relationship Strategist, you will be responsible for fostering long-term partnerships with top clients in the export business.

This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, translating knowledge into effective solutions to drive revenue growth from these accounts.

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of top clients to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms.
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key client requirements and expectations.
  • Expand relationships with existing clients by proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of effective solutions to top clients.
  • Serve as a link of communication between key clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by top clients and deal with complaints efficiently to maintain trust and protect revenue.
  • Play an integral part in driving new sales opportunities that turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage regular meetings with top clients including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in client relationship management.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs.
  • Professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
  • Working experience from similar tech platform or digital marketing firm.
