Job Title: Project Coordinator - Special Events

We seek a skilled event coordinator to manage special events from start to finish.

About the Role:

  • This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of special events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and products at competitive prices.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase attendee engagement.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including agendas, schedules, and itineraries.
  • Liaise with speakers, presenters, and performers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event registration and ticket sales, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Event Management or related field; 1-2 years of experience in event coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing events, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
