As a Dispositions Specialist, you will play a key role in marketing wholesale real estate deals, attracting cash buyers and developing a strong dispositions strategy.

Your responsibilities will include marketing wholesale deals to qualified cash buyers, building a reliable buyer list, managing buyer outreach and communication, providing guidance on dispositions best practices, sharing listings across real estate platforms and updating on buyer engagement.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in real estate wholesaling and dispositions, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while offering strategic insights.

We are looking for a professional who can effectively move deals, provide valuable insights, work on a performance-based or flexible compensation structure and demonstrate a successful track record in connecting deals with buyers.

This position is contractual/temporary, offering you the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of wholesale real estate transactions.
