Job Title: Logistics Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. You will also be required to conduct daily order checks prior to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles, including fuel, tires, and other essential components. You will also be expected to ensure the safe receipt of products at customer locations, as well as the timely packing and dispatch of products.

You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to assist with warehousing and logistics activities when necessary. This may include receiving and processing inventory, preparing shipments, and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 License (Class 4 license is an added advantage)
  • Good working attitude, hardworking, responsible, polite, and punctual
  • Good past driving record
  • Adhere to all local and state driving laws and regulations
  • Average delivery speed: 4-5 online orders/hour; 40-50 online orders/working day
