Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and sourcing new leads in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Closing sales by achieving individual targets.
  • Handling counter and outlet duties.
  • Overseeing the vehicle rental process from inquiries to booking and check-in/out cars.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and quality after-sales support.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to achieve high customer retention rates.
  • Managing ageing accounts and following up on customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in car rental.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology.
