Job Title:

Senior Facilities Control Engineer

 

A skilled Facilities Control Engineer is required to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance of utility and facility systems within a high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in industrial automation and control systems, with experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Operational Procedures: Create and implement operational procedures and preventative maintenance schedules for various systems, including security, life safety, facility monitoring and control, and automated control systems.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze System Performance: Analyze system performance, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate documentation for optimal operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend Upgrades: Recommend upgrades and resources needed for efficient system operation while ensuring quality standards exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, effective communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in PLC and SCADA programming is required.
