About the Role

This full-time Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable) position at TeleChoice International Limited is located in Singapore. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable activities of the organisation. Your tasks will include handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, performing reconciliation of daily retail sales collection and assisting in cash counting, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, releasing sales orders and ensuring completion of billings, maintaining and updating cashbook and supporting cashflow forecast process, assisting with month-end closing, supporting quarterly inventory stock count and reconciliation, supporting annual audit process, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
  • Perform reconciliation of daily retail sales collection and assist in cash counting
  • Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, release sales orders and ensure completion of billings
  • Maintain and update cashbook and support cashflow forecast process
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Support quarterly inventory stock count and reconciliation
  • Support annual audit process
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned


What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance/accounting role
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as a team player
  • Sound knowledge of accounts receivable principles and best practices
