Citi, a leading global financial services institution, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Professional - Insurance Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

As a Financial Services Professional - Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal and external partners through dual delivery model in follow-up and responsiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting sales delivery to internal and external partners
  • Responsible for supporting internal and external growth initiatives communicated to the team
  • Dissemination of communications
  • Providing support on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunities
  • Increasing efficiencies of daily sales and operational activities
  • Responsible for reporting sales results and reasons for successes
  • Supporting sales executives with specific business initiatives; creating, leading and advising on sales and product training; and supporting growth of sales
  • Liaising between sales teams and branches on initiatives
  • Representing sales on the development of strategies and programs to effectively partner with the bank
  • Partnering sales leadership to deliver activities, programs and promotions on monthly sales and marketing calls
  • Liaising with partners to develop marketing opportunities to maximize growth in sales and customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction
  • Working in coordination with sales executives in creating, driving and supporting business plans and initiatives

You will also be responsible for appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess relevant experience in insurance, preferably within the banking industry. You should also have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will be able to apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as demonstrate good communication and diplomacy skills.
