- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and consistent manner to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
- Keep track of all leads and opportunities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on our competitor's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Understanding of sales in the construction industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Degree/Diploma in ACE/Construction or related field preferred.
