Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Verify that contractors have implemented appropriate safety measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect and verify that works on site are executed with approved permits and licenses.
- Provide standing supervision for critical construction works and respond to site incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in supervision of works similar in complexity.
- Possess a Diploma in Architecture or Building Services discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
- Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.
- Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on progress of works.
- Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.
