Job Title: Dog Cafe Manager
OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and manage the operations of a dog cafe. As a manager, you will be responsible for supervising store operations, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Supervise store operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
- Foster a positive work culture emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation and conduct regular store inspections.
- Be comfortable around canines and interact with animals.
- Experience in a similar managerial role.
- Responsible team player.
- Ability to do simple cooking and prepare drinks.
- Barista skills are an advantage (training will be provided).
- Passion and pride in coffee making.
- Passion for the F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a strong love for dogs and cats of all sizes.
This is an ideal job for dog and cat lovers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to spend significant time with dogs and interact with them on a daily basis.
Working ConditionsYou may be required to spend your day playing with dogs and cleaning up after accidents. This is not a desk job, but rather a hands-on role that requires physical activity and attention to detail.
