Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized production scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, release, and manage work orders to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Coordinate tool builds at contract manufacturers (CMs), monitoring supply flow and resolving shortages or bottlenecks.
  • Evaluate MRP outputs to ensure correct materials are ordered, issued, and available to support build and ship dates.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and delivery of materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor BOM changes and ECOs, ensuring accurate and timely implementation in production.
  • Lead material transitions, working with CMs to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Track, analyze, and report on production and inventory KPIs, driving continuous improvement in planning processes.
  • Support monthly/quarterly variance reviews with finance and provide regular updates to management on material status.
  • Drive cross-functional problem solving for materials issues, ensuring no disruptions to production schedules.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production or factory planning; experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on ERP/MRP (SAP preferred) experience.
  • Familiarity with BOM structures, ECO management, and materials control processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
