Job Description:


As a trainee financial adviser, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial needs analyses in insurance, investments, and retirement planning. This involves understanding clients' financial goals and creating personalized solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and updates on their investment portfolios.
  • Utilize GEN's digital tools to engage clients and provide them with timely advice on their financial matters.
  • Complete the required CMFAS licensing exams, which will be sponsored by your employer.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of financial advising.

Requirements:


  • A local polytechnic diploma or degree is preferred, although no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
