About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing fire safety operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective fire prevention measures. Your expertise in emergency preparedness, mitigation, and response will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's overall safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections at client premises to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee activities related to fire safety, emergency response, first aid, and business continuity.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend prevention measures.
  • Develop and implement WSH/EHS risk assessments and safe work procedures.
  • Conduct safety-related training and briefing for clients, sub-contractors, and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • A diploma or degree in an engineering discipline, building, safety & health, or environment-related field.
  • A Senior Fire Safety Manager certificate and registration with SCDF as a qualified SFSM.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore, preferably in managing similar facilities.
  • Good knowledge of emergency preparedness, mitigation, and response.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
