Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Service Crew to join our team. As a Food Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take customer orders and handle cashiering (POS system)
  • Pack takeaway orders and prepare add-on sauces/toppings
  • Clear and clean tables
  • Assist in basic food serving during peak hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area
  • Provide good customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
  • Basic food preparation and cooking skills
