Job Summary

  • Perform monthly consolidation of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed reports for quarterly results announcement to stakeholders, including management and investors.
  • Review and analyze accounts from overseas subsidiaries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement group policies and processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Record and track fixed assets acquisition and disposal in the accounting system.
  • Assign unique identifiers to fixed assets for easy tracking and management.
  • Execute depreciation runs and conduct reasonableness checks to ensure accurate calculations.
  • Update movement schedules for fixed assets to support reporting requirements.
  • Conduct physical counts of fixed assets to verify their existence and condition.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages to effectively communicate with business associates.
  • Accounting degree and/or professional certification such as CPA or ACCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Marine/Construction industry.
  • Proven expertise in consolidation, budgeting, and fixed asset management.
