Job Title: Capability Development Specialist
This is a permanent position with a dynamic company that offers a high bonus and benefits package.
The role requires a capability development specialist to lead the full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and programme management. The ideal candidate will drive impactful learning solutions that build capabilities and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct gap assessments, design training solutions, plan rollout, and execute effectively to ensure learning interventions are fully materialised.
- Support business units to identify training needs, recommend suitable vendors, and support programme implementation.
- Act as the first point of contact for business leaders on training-related matters.
- Co-develop structured learning pathways and competency frameworks across technical and professional domains.
- Design and manage curriculum programmes in collaboration with business partners, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
- Support the governance of learning initiatives, including establishing frameworks, facilitating discussions, and driving workplans.
- Facilitate in-house training sessions and lead organisation-wide learning initiatives.
- Regularly review program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines, and minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end Learning Needs Analysis and implementing targeted learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management and learning partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning outcomes.
