Woodwork Specialist Job Description

The role of a skilled carpenter involves creating and installing custom woodwork including cabinets, shelves, and other interior fixtures. This job requires interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.

  • Assemble and install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim.
  • Repair and refurbish wooden structures and fixtures as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers and other construction professionals to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct custom woodwork for residential and commercial projects.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
