Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of account managers and site leads to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and guidelines related to the operation of facilities infrastructure
  • Develop and manage budgets for each account to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Critical analyze account manager performance and build feedback into actionable development plans
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills with ability to develop and manage complex budgets
