Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent customer service and administrative skills to manage the front counter, handle customer inquiries, and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front counter, handling customer inquiries and requests efficiently
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparation of documents
- Operational checks on the service centre, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Replenish collaterals and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and task management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or administration
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $11-$12 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Location: North, East, North East, Central regions
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6:30pm, committing 3 days or more/week
