We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Laboratory Manager to join our team at PATHOLOGY AND CLINICAL LABORATORY PRIVATE LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of test procedures, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices guidelines.
- Oversee Quality Management & Compliance Team in documenting and implementing Quality Control procedures.
- Ensure all staff are aware of laboratory test procedures and Quality Assurance is practiced in all laboratory divisions.
- Train and orientate new lab personnel and recommend training for lab staff as necessary.
- Attend to internal and client enquiries and complaints regarding test results, providing excellent customer service.
- Facilitate trouble shooting sessions for lab equipment, procedures, and instrumentation.
- Responsible for maintaining lab equipment and instruments, ensuring security and inventory management.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in a clinical laboratory.
- Familiarity with PHMC/HCSA regulations and MOH/ISO inspections.
- Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related biological sciences.
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
