Optical Design Expertise: A Key to InnovationA Senior Optical Design Specialist is required to spearhead the development of cutting-edge optical systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and simulating metasurface optics, diffractive optics, and other nano-optical structures.The key qualifications for this position include:
  • Design and Simulation: Ability to design and simulate complex optical systems, including metasurfaces, diffractive optics, and nano-optical structures.
  • Fabrication Management: Experience in collaborating with fabrication partners to define technical requirements and optimize processes for producing high-quality optical components.
  • Test Setup Development: Ability to design and build test setups for characterizing the performance of nano-optics and micro-display devices.
  • Intellectual Property (IP) Development: Contribution to building the company's IP portfolio on nano-optics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Optics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Experience: More than 3 years of experience in nano-optics/metamaterials design and fabrication.
  • Skills: Proficiency in optical and physics design and simulation tools, such as Zemax, Lumerical FDTD, COMSOL, and/or RCWA.
  • Programming Skills: Experience in programming languages like Matlab, Python, and/or C++ for designing and simulating nano-optics.
