Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Doctor in Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine, or Cardiology to join our medical team. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical care while serving as a key medical liaison for patients and families to ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment, and communication.
- Deliver specialist medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment in your field of expertise (Pediatrics / Respiratory Medicine / Cardiology).
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care, including investigations, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in continuous medical education, training, and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed with the relevant medical council.
- Completed specialist training and fellowship in Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine, or Cardiology.
- Proven clinical experience in your specialty area.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written), as the role involves direct communication with patients and families.
