Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial operations. The Financial Operations Specialist will oversee various tasks including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and revenue analysis.

  • Manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain internal control procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Supervise accounting assistants or support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting software, including ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
