Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our team as an Office Sanitation Specialist at T T J DESIGN AND ENGINEERING PTE LTD. As an Office Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Sanitization: Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and countertops, to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris, and maintain a safe and tidy appearance.
  • Waste Management: Empty waste bins regularly and ensure that waste is disposed of correctly, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Restroom Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, to maintain a hygienic environment and ensure employee comfort.
  • Kitchen and Breakroom Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators, to ensure a clean and safe space for employees to use.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and electronic equipment, to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
  • Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors to ensure clarity and a professional look.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for cleaning tasks.
  • Order and Organization: Organize and arrange items in common areas, conference rooms, and other spaces to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Issue Reporting: Notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning duties, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
