">We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service strategy and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy to achieve business objectives and meet client expectations.
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use this information to improve services and identify areas for growth.
- Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as business administration or marketing.
- At least 15 years of experience in customer service leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
