Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Thai Food Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality Thai meals that showcase your expertise in traditional Thai cooking techniques.

Your role will involve preparing and cooking authentic Thai dishes, including curries, stir-fries, noodles, salads, soups, and desserts. You will also be responsible for developing and refining Thai menus that balance flavor, authenticity, and presentation.

In addition to your culinary skills, you will need to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, as well as train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Thai cooking techniques.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Preparing and cooking authentic Thai dishes

  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a chef specializing in Thai cuisine
  • Deep understanding of traditional Thai cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Experience preparing both street food and fine dining Thai dishes is a plus
  • Culinary training or certification (preferred but not always required)
