Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public relation programs to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate potential complaints and issues.
  • Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders, including generating reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Draft publicity materials, including circulars and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls, providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
  • Support the project team with administrative and clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Public Relations or Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public relations or communications.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
