Job Title: Civil Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our project team. As a Civil Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Instrumentation: Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in project management software and tools.
