Job Title: Director of Financial Strategy and Operations

This is a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our healthcare provision business across all entities.

You will lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive performance and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
  • Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial consolidation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environments.
  • Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational finance.
  • Experience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
