About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate mechanical works and services for building construction projects, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve mechanical-related issues efficiently.
- Report on mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Basic knowledge of project execution processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice for design implementation.
- Local construction knowledge.
