Pet Care Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our operations and client care, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with veterinary clinics and partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for accounts, handling client communication and correspondence effectively.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow our business.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, visuals) that aligns with our values of compassion and dignity.
- Support business development initiatives and outreach to new partners, collaborating closely with the operations team.
- Assist with events, workshops, or seminars with partners, providing professional and empathetic support to pet families.
- Prepare reports on marketing, partnership, and outreach performance, highlighting key areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional client support, including attending to pet families with professionalism and empathy, assisting in collection and handling of pets with care and respect, and supporting cremation service coordination and client follow-up.
Requirements:
- Compassionate, respectful, and comfortable working in an environment involving pet aftercare.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with occasional evening/weekend shifts.
