ERP Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an ERP Technical Consultant to join our organization and play a key role in implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV/Dynamics BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Assessment: Analyze business requirements and operational workflows to ensure optimal ERP implementation.
  • ERP Deployment: Lead the implementation of new ERP software systems, create detailed documentation, and provide user training.
  • Innovation Leadership: Identify and showcase opportunities for innovation, validating feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
  • Data Migration: Conduct hands-on data migration from legacy systems to D365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform functional testing to ensure solutions align with business needs and collaborate on User Acceptance Testing.
  • Operational Support: Resolve issues with existing systems and develop customized solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Change Management: Administer and implement change requests, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • ERP Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV/Dynamics BC is essential for success in this position.
  • Data Visualization Skills: Proficiency in MS Power BI would be a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to present insights effectively.
