Job Title: Building Services Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Services Drafter to join our team.

Duties:

  • Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, cost plans, and evaluate tenders.
  • Be responsible for pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
  • Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits, and tender briefings/meetings.
  • Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies.
  • Liaise with subcontractors/vendors/suppliers.
  • Timely preparation of tender documents.
  • Liaise with project teams for variation orders and progress claims.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to use AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Experience related to ACMV is preferred.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Min 2 years Project Engineer/QS experience related to Building Services/ACMV services.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • A good team player.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism, and integrity.
  • Contractual knowledge is preferred.
