Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing intelligent systems to achieve standardized definitions of recommendation strategies
  • Optimizing parameters and configurations of systems and underlying components for diverse business loads in recommendation systems
  • Addressing the high costs of model training and operation when applying generative technologies to recommendation systems
  • Handling massive heterogeneous data in horizontal cross-domain scenarios and improving data quality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related interdisciplinary majors
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and familiarity with commonly used models
  • Excellent programming abilities with a strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms
