Professional Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to contribute to improving the quality of life of individuals with disabilities through effective therapy and psychological services.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients, including:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify therapy needs and develop tailored care plans
- Formulating treatment strategies based on client goals and progress
- Facilitating individual and group interventions using evidence-based approaches
- Completing specialist reports and documentation in line with professional guidelines
- Prioritizing and managing a caseload under supervision, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and best practices
- Participating in the development and implementation of protocols and clinical guidelines to enhance services and promote excellence
- A Master's degree or post-graduate qualification in occupational therapy from a recognised university
- Registration under the Allied Health Professions Act 2011 is required
- Experience working in special education settings is highly valued, as it provides a unique understanding of diverse client needs
- Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and client-centric service delivery
