The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims and Administration Support Associate to join our Aviation Adjusting team. This role involves providing day-to-day claims and administration support, ensuring the smooth operation of our core systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage claims and administration tasks, including case creation, management, and closure.
- Assist Loss Adjusters with file management, efiling, and document creation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for Loss Adjusters.
- Produce case-related reports and MI, as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Aviation Loss Adjusting team.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or claims support role is preferred.
- Strong secretarial skills, including diary management, travel booking, and dictation.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
