Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and positive reputation for our brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with overall business strategies and product launches.
- Lead and manage the creative briefing process, including designer collaboration and end-to-end campaign content delivery.
- Plan, curate, and manage the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including freelancers, content creators, and vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement content or public relations partnerships and initiatives to meet strategic business objectives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging frameworks, and audience personas.
- Oversee brand mentions, backlink profiles, and online reputation via reviews and third-party content.
- Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize content based on performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong grasp of editorial tone and nuance in both English and Mandarin language.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with attention to detail and strategic focus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage content workflows across fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of media relations, content strategy, and reputation management.
- Understanding of large language models is a plus.
