Senior Structural Design Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled structural design engineer or manager to lead and manage the structural and civil design scope of projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the structural and civil design scope of projects from conceptual and during the construction stage.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring compliance with Eurocodes, local codes (SS EN), and project specifications.
- Prepare, review, and analyse design submissions, drawings, specifications.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architectural, M&E, and construction teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to design engineers.
- Engage with authorities and professional agencies for design submission and approval processes.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Junior Engineers: 1–3 years of experience, Senior Engineers: 5+ years of experience in structural or C&S design, preferably in industrial/commercial building projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in design software and good working knowledge of local codes and submission processes.
