Job Title: System Integration Specialist

The role of a System Integration Specialist involves overseeing the installation, testing, and implementation of systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements.

  • Ensure that installed systems meet the required specifications and service level standards
  • Coordinate system changes using an established change request process to minimize disruptions
  • Analyze root causes of system issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity plans
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and project teams on system-related matters

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving complex system issues related to PSIM, CCTV surveillance systems, access control, alarm & intrusion systems, and network infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Nitec/Higher Nitec/diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology (IT) from a recognized institution
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
